Helping People Find The Answers

Years of working in the field of Therapy and helping people physically lead me to search for alternative avenues to help people.

I chose an approach that has the capability of helping anyone who goes through a specific coaching process.

In the Life Coaching process, clients have the ability to be guided by a series of very structured questions.  These questions are the right questions that help people identify their focus to find what they really want and a plan of action on how to go about achieving those very wants and needs.

An added benefit to the client is that Life Coaches are objective supporters.  Life coaching is not intended to advise or counsel the client in the form of psychological counseling.  Instead, Coaches should help their clients find direction, stay motivated and move forward.

Most people have the answers inside them -- they just haven't found them yet, and will continue to have difficulty until someone asks them the right questions.

You may know Life Coaches by other names such as, "personal coach", "business coach" or "mentor".  This practice has been around for 40+ years.  Over these last four decades as the coaching field has developed, one of the key questions has become, "Who are you really -- and what do you want?" Dr. Shad Helmstetter has purposefully defined that question in order to help people all around the world.

That is one of the very questions that today's Life Coaches will ask in order to help you find the right focus, identify what you want, and determine what to do next.  A Life Coach will help keep you on track and keep you motivated along the way.

Many people question why they need a Life Coach?  Why can't they simply read a self-help book or two and figure it out on their own?  My answer to this for now is simply -- because the job of the Life Coach is to help the client get "themselves" out of the way so that they may achieve their goals.  Often times, when we set goals we doubt ourselves and our abilities and therefore we get in our own way of achieving what we set out to do to begin with.

Self-help books can be a very positive and helpful tool for many people, however most people need to learn how to implement what the self-help books and programs teach them.  Again, this is where they run into difficulty.

All self-help works better, when you have help.
If you want to do your best, get the right help.

You will find many sources available to help you, including the help available here through this blog and on a person to person bases as well.  If you would like to try a FREE consultation and Life Coaching session, simply email:  sldsolutions4you@gmail.com.  Include your name and contact phone number as well as the best day and time to reach you.

When was the last time you had someone focus entirely on you - to help you get what you really want?

Could you use some help?

Find out what a Certified Life Coach can do for you!

A professional Life Coach will help you reach your goals - in every area of your life.

And you can try it for FREE.

Read these 6 questions, and find out what a Life Coach can do for you:

1.  What is a Life Coach?

A Certified Life Coach* helps you find focus, identify your goals, track your progress, and stay motivated along the way.

A Life Coach helps keep you on track - not just with your long-range goals, but with your monthly, weekly, and daily goals.

2.  Why are so many people now using Professional Life Coaches?

When you have a professionally trained Life Coach working with you, you have a trained support coach - someone who knows what to do, knows how to guide you - and stays with you, helping you get through the obstacles, and reach your goals.

Your Life Coach is a mentor, a guide, and a motivator - giving you objective feedback, encouragement, and non-stop support.

3.  What are the benefits you'll get from working with a professional Life Coach?:

  • You'll have a trained professional focusing completely on you - and what you want to achieve.
  • You'll have help identifying what you really want, in every important area of your life, and you'll have help getting it.
  • You'll get help and assistance, not just now and then - you'll have help, week after week.
  • You'll have help finding your focus, creating the right attitude and the right actions, overcoming obstacles, tracking your progress, and staying motivated!
4.  How does Life Coaching work?

You'll meet once a week, by phone, for a one-on-one conference - usually from 20 to 45 minutes a session.  In each phone conference you'll plan and review together, each of your "focus goals" and action areas.  In each session, you'll also receive support and guidance in creating the right attitudes and motivation in the areas that you want to work on most.

In addition to the weekly phone conferences, you'll also communicate by email - so you'll have help and support throughout the week.

5.  What areas does a Life Coach focus on each week to help you most?

Along with defining, setting, and tracking your goals, you will focus on every important aspect of your attitudes and actions that determine your success - in each area of interest in your life.
  • Job & Career
  • Personal Growth
  • Money & Finances
  • Self-Esteem
  • Personal Relationships
